The First Visit

The first visit is the moment in which we begin to get to know each other and build the foundations of your journey together. The objective is to identify the best strategies to achieve good health, by defining realistic and personalized goals.


They will be carried out during the meeting:

  • Anthropometric measurements (body circumferences and folds)
  • Evaluation of body composition with Bioimpedance Analysis BIA Akern BIVA 101

Check-up visits

Check-ups are essential along the way to monitor your progress, adapt the nutritional plan and delve into aspects related to nutritional education. The frequency of meetings is established based on your needs and the objectives to be achieved and generally takes place every 3 o 4 weeks.
During the checks they are repeated, if necessary, measurements and bioimpedance, and any changes are made to the food plan.

Online visit

I also offer online nutrition consultations, comfortable and safe, ideal for those who have little time or prefer to be followed from home.
During the visit we will collect all the necessary data, including anthropometric measurements that you will perform under my supervision, and you will receive your personalized meal plan directly via email.
It is a flexible and perfect option for remaining constant even from a distance.

Bioimpedenziometry with BIA Akern BIVA 101 PRO

It is also possible to book just the Bioimpedance test, a rapid and non-invasive test that analyzes body composition and provides fundamental data for a complete assessment of nutritional status.
The test allows you to know:

  • Body mass index (IMC)
