Each person is unique: has needs, goals, different tastes and habits. Because of this, my approach to nutrition is based on personalization. During the first meeting I carry out a complete assessment: nutritional and clinical history, body composition, daily routine and relationship with food. From here comes a plan designed to be realistic, sustainable and pleasant, with the aim of improving your well-being over time, without extreme sacrifices or rigid schemes.

The path is dynamic: the plan is monitored and adjusted over time based on progress, to seasonal needs or any changes in your life. In this way, nutrition becomes a tool for balance and awareness, not a source of stress.
