WHAT I OFFER

Check-up Visits

Check-ups represent a fundamental part of the nutritional journey: are used to monitor progress, maintain motivation and adapt the plan to your needs over time. They last approximately 30 minutes and are scheduled based on your objectives and the type of route undertaken.

During the visit, Let's evaluate together how you found yourself with the food plan: any difficulties, lifestyle changes, work or personal commitments that may have affected your diet. This moment of comparison is precious for understanding what works and what can be improved.

I perform the anthropometric and body composition assessment again, to check changes in weight, lean mass, fat mass and hydration status. This data helps us measure results objectively, in addition to the sensations of subjective well-being you describe.

Based on the results, I update and modify the nutritional plan, adapting it to new objectives or current needs (season, physical activity, Work, special events, ecc.). Each check is therefore a step forward towards increasingly autonomous and conscious management of your diet.

Check-ups are also a space for support and motivation, where to find concrete strategies to overcome any obstacles and consolidate good habits.

The goal is to accompany you, with consistency and flexibility, in achieving a nutritional balance that lasts over time.
